Warranty and Limited Remedy:  LenzSaver, Inc. warrants that each LenzSaver product meets the applicable LenzSaver product specification at the time LenzSaver ships the product.  LenzSaver makes no other express or implied warranties or conditions, including any implied warranty or condition of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  If the LenzSaver product does not confirm to this warranty, the sole and exclusive remedy is, at LenzSaver’s option, replacement of the LenzSaver product or refund of the purchase price.  Limitation of Liability: Except where prohibited by law, LenzSaver will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the product, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential, regardless of the legal theory asserted.

Only unopened and unused ​boxes ​can be returned for a full refund. ​LenzSaver​ does not  pay shipping for the return. ​E​mail to support@lenzsaver.com requesting “Return Authorization” prior ​to shipping to us. ​
